As a member of Yoga Alliance and the Swedish Association of Professional Body Therapists (Kroppsterapeuternas yrkesförbund) I also abide by the ethical standards, policies and guidelines that these associations apply to their members.

I, Isabella Frost Bergman, am liable for the personal information that I process in my business.

I may collect and in other ways process the following personal information about you:

Contact information: name, address, phone number, e-mail address.

Information for identification: social security number or coordination number.

Information about your physical and mental health: allergies, dietary requirements, injuries, diseases, disorders and any other physical or mental condition of importance for me to be able to safely provide my services to you in a secure and individualized way.

Booking log: information regarding your booking and use of my services.

Payment information: contact details, social security number or coordination number, bank, bank account number, bank giro number, plus giro number.

Accounting information: payment information, booking log, country of residence, VAT registration number.

Testimonial: your written testimonial or review of me or my services.

How and why I process your personal information:

I collect and process in other ways personal information only for a specific, predetermined purpose. Any processing of personal information relies on a legal basis.

I never process sensitive personal information, such as information about your health, if you haven't specifically expressed your consent to such processing and the purpose of such processing.

I generally process social security numbers and coordination numbers only if you have given your consent to the processing of such and the purpose of such processing. However, I may process social security numbers and coordination numbers without your consent if clearly justified with regards to the purpose of the processing, the importance of secure identification or any other considerable reason.

Should I wish to use stored personal information in a new way, this means the purpose of the processing changes. If your consent is required for the processing for a new purpose, I will let you know and ask for your consent before such processing. If your consent is not required for such processing, I will decide whether it complies with the original purpose of processing. I will then consider any relations between the purposes, the context within which the personal information has been collected and especially the relationship between you and me, the nature of the personal information and especially if sensitive information is processed, any potential consequences for you that may arise as a result of the considered processing and any potential safety measures that may occur, among other things.

I process personal information for the following purposes on the following legal basis:

• To provide my services to you as a customer or potential customer and get paid for these (purpose). The processing is necessary for us to enter into a purchase agreement, and for me to fulfil my obligations to you in accordance with such agreement (legal basis: contract).
• To fulfil my obligations as a merchant for Epassi Sweden ABs and Epassi Clearing Oy's network of merchants when you have paid for one of my services using Epassi Sweden AB's mobile app (purpose). My interest in this overrides your interests, and the processing is necessary for this specific purpose (legal basis: legitimate interest). 
  
• To enable communication between us when you have contacted me through any the contact or booking request forms on my website, or by using my booking system at Boka.se (purpose). My interest in this overrides your interests, and the processing is necessary for this specific purpose (legal basis: legitimate interest).
• To send newsletters to you when you have signed up for my newsletters and to unsubscribe you from my newsletters (purpose). This processing requires your active consent to receive newsletters from me on my website (legal basis: consent). You always have the right to withdraw your consent at any time by unsubscribing, following the instructions in my newsletters, or by contacting me at info@isabellafrostbergman.com. I will then remove your e-mail address for this purpose.
• To promote my services when you have been in contact with me and actively expressed that you wish to receive marketing from me (purpose). This processing requires your active consent to receive marketing from me (legal basis: consent). You always have the right to withdraw your consent at any time, for example by unsubscribing from my newsletters, following the instructions in my newsletters, or by contacting me at info@isabellafrostbergman.com. I will then remove your e-mail address for this purpose.
• To safely host retreats, workshops and similar events in a secure and individualized way (purpose). This means, for example, that I may have to ask for and store sensitive personal information about your health that you consider relevant for me to know. The processing is necessary for us to enter into a purchase agreement, and for me to fulfil my obligations to you in accordance with such agreement (legal basis: contract) / This processing requires your active consent to my processing of your sensitive personal information for this purpose (legal basis: consent). I will then remove your sensitive personal information. Please note that my liability is based on the information I have received from you, among other things.
• To safely provide secure and individualized yoga teachings (purpose). This means that I may have to ask for and store any sensitive personal information about your health that you consider relevant for me to know, for example to prevent injuries or advise you not to practice certain specific practices. The processing is necessary for us to enter into a purchase agreement, and for me to fulfil my obligations to you in accordance with such agreement (legal basis: contract) / This processing requires your active consent to my processing of your sensitive personal information for this purpose (legal basis: consent). You always have the right to withdraw your consent at any time by contacting me at info@isabellafrostbergman.com. I will then remove your sensitive personal information. Please note that my liability is based on the information I have received from you, among other things.
• To publish your written testimonial or review of me or my services on my website, Shambala Gathering's website and/or my booking system for marketing purposes (purpose). This processing requires your active consent to the publication (legal basis: consent). You always have the right to withdraw your consent at any time by contacting me at info@isabellafrostbergman.com. I will then remove your sensitive personal information.
• To evaluate and adapt my business and marketing based on your booking history and use of my services (purpose). My interest in this overrides your interests, and the processing is necessary for this specific purpose (legal basis: legitimate interest).
• To give references upon request from Yoga Alliance and the Swedish Association of Professional Body Therapists (Kroppsterapeuternas yrkesförbund) due to my obligations as a member of these associations or from potential customers. This means that I give your contact details to the association or customer in question for referential purposes (purpose). This processing requires your active consent to allow me to share your contact details (legal basis: consent).
• To manage my accounting, tax liability and other legal obligations (purpose). The processing is necessary for my compliance with Swedish legislation (legal basis: legal obligation).
• To buy products and services from you in your role as a merchant (purpose). The processing is necessary for us to enter into a purchase agreement, and for me to fulfil my obligations to you in accordance with such agreement (legal basis: contract).
• To cooperate with you professionally as a cooperating partner (purpose). The processing is necessary for us to enter into a cooperation agreement, and for me to fulfil my obligations to you in accordance with such agreement (legal basis: contract).

I may disclose/share your personal information with my cooperating partners, those associations that I am a member of and companies and people who provide accounting services; payment services; e-mail services; video conference services; website solutions; booking systems; data space to store data on the company's servers; domain registration services; IT systems and IT programs. I never disclose/share more personal information than deemed necessary.

I make sure that those parties that get access to your personal information process personal information in a serious way. Those parties in turn carry their own responsibility not to process your personal information in an illegal way and to protect your rights.

Your personal information is generally processed within the European Union (EU)/the European Economic Area (EEA) and Great Britain, but may exceptionally be transferred to countries outside of the EU/EEA and Great Britain (so called third countries) in certain cases. Such third country transfers may, for example, be made to the United States of America (USA) when I share your name and e-mail address with MailChimp to enable delivery of my newsletters to you, and to the USA and Canada when I give your references to Yoga Alliance upon your approval.

Storage and storage time:

I do not store any personal information any longer than deemed necessary to fulfill the purpose(s) for which the information initially was collected for, or required for by applicable laws and regulations.

I am obliged by law to store accounting records for seven years, counting from the end of the calendar year that follows the financial year that the records in question refer to.

If the legal basis for my processing of your personal information is your consent and you withdraw your consent, I will erase your stored personal information for this purpose when I receive notice hereof.

Safety measures:

I never process more personal information than I consider necessary to provide my services to you and to run my business.

I do my best to ensure that the personal information I process is correct and up-to-date.

I take necessary safety measures to protect the personal information that I process from loss, falling into the wrong hands, accidents and similar situations.

I have routines to continuosly ensure that I do not store unnecessary information about you, and I minimize the storage time to the greatest extent possible.

Your rights:

You have the right to decide not to share your personal information with me.

You have the right to obtain access to any personal information I hold about you by requesting for a register extract. If I receive such request from you, I may ask for complementary information to ensure that I give the information to the right person. A request for a register extract shall be written and signed by you.

You have the right to demand that your personal information is corrected if you consider it to be incorrect.

You also have the right to demand that your personal information is erased to the extent that is compatible with applicable law and any contracts you may have entered. You also have the right to object to my processing of your personal information, and to limit my processing of your personal information. In some cases, I may not be able to accept a request for erasure due to applicable laws and regulations.

You always have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal information. If you wish to do so, please send me a request for this by e-mail at info@isabellafrostbergman.com.

Complaints and supervisory authority:

If you are of the opinion that I have incorrectly processed your personal information, I kindly ask you to reach out to me so that I can correct the mistake.

You are always welcome to submit a complaint to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten), the responsible authority for ensuring the protection of peoples' rights when their personal information is processed.
